Delivery
Delivery Methods within Ukraine: We ship orders using reliable courier services:
- Nova Poshta (to a branch, parcel locker, or by courier to your address)
- Ukrposhta
Dispatch Times: Orders confirmed before 14:00 (2:00 PM), we strive to ship on the same day. Orders placed later are shipped the next business day.
Cost and Conditions:
- The delivery cost is calculated according to the carrier's rates.
- Delivery services are paid by the buyer upon receipt of the order.
- After shipment, you will receive an SMS or a messenger notification with the tracking number (TTN) to track your parcel.
Please note: If you require delivery by another service, please arrange this with our manager before placing your order.
Payment
You can choose the most convenient payment method for you:
1. Payment on Delivery (Cash on Delivery) You can pay for your order with cash or by card directly at the "Nova Poshta" branch after inspecting the goods.
- Please note: The courier service charges an additional fee for the money transfer service.
2. Payment to a Bank Card (PrivatBank/Monobank) After your order is confirmed and stock availability is verified, our manager will send you the payment details. This is the most cost-effective method, as you do not pay a commission for the money transfer.
3. Bank Transfer (for legal entities and sole proprietors) For legal entities, we provide an invoice.
- The invoice is valid for 2 banking days.
- If you need more time to approve the payment, please inform our manager.
