We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase from Halow. If for any reason a product isn't right for you, you can exchange or return it within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with the "Law of Ukraine on Consumer Protection."

Conditions for Exchange and Return of Non-Defective Goods

You can return or exchange a product if:

  1. No more than 14 days have passed since you received the order (not including the day of purchase).
  2. The product has not been used and shows no signs of use: scratches, chips, scuffs, and the software has not been altered.
  3. The complete original packaging is preserved, including all components, labels, seals, and factory markings.
  4. You have the proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) that was issued with the product.

Return Procedure

To return or exchange a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us. Notify our manager of your intent to return the item by phone or email as listed on our site. The manager will provide you with all the necessary information for the shipment.
  2. Pack the product. Place the product with all its components into the original packaging. Ensure that nothing is damaged.
  3. Ship the product. Send the parcel via "Nova Poshta" to the address provided by the manager.

Important: Do not ship the parcel using Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.). We cannot receive parcels sent with a C.O.D. payment option.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If the product is non-defective but did not suit you for personal reasons, the return shipping cost is paid by the buyer.
  • If you received a defective item or the wrong model (due to the store's error), we will fully cover the cost of the return shipping.

Refunds

Upon receiving the item, our service department will inspect its condition and completeness within 1-3 business days.If all return conditions are met, we will issue a refund to your bank card within 5 business days after the inspection is complete.
